Perfect sanding is half the surface finishing.
Sanding is done without skipping any of the 100, 120, 150, 180 and 220 grits via 3 wide-belt-sanders (each with electronic pressure beams), 2 edge-sanders, vertical and horizontal drum sanders and sophisticated hand-sanding equipment – all in a dust free environment. The result is surfaces with irresistible feels and haptics.
A curtain coater and a roller coater line together with a polishing line, also enabling finest high gloss with tolerances accurate to one-hundredth of a mm, are the basis for finest lacquering.
Best machines for coating not only ensure the highest quality, but also save costs and protect the environment.
At the same time, we offer the knowledge of applying handcrafted organic finishes.
We use only finest coating materials from Hesse Lignal®, Germany.
