Perfect sanding is half the surface finishing.

Sanding is done without skipping any of the 100, 120, 150, 180 and 220 grits via 3 wide-belt-sanders (each with electronic pressure beams), 2 edge-sanders, vertical and horizontal drum sanders and sophisticated hand-sanding equipment – all in a dust free environment. The result is surfaces with irresistible feels and haptics.

A curtain coater and a roller coater line together with a polishing line are the basis for finest lacquering and also enabling finest high gloss with tolerances accurate to one-hundredth of a mm.

We also offer the knowledge of applying handcrafted organic finishes.

We use only finest coating materials from Hesse Lignal®, Germany.
